Discovery

In 2022, co-founder Sanghamitra Nayak returned to her hometown Kendrapara after visiting London, Bangalore, and Jakarta. She noticed the city had great food joints, bakeries, restaurants, and shops but limited delivery capabilities.

She observed that people of all generations use smartphones and UPI payments regularly. This inspired her to connect food and other services via smartphones in a hyperlocal model.

Mission

CenterShops operates in hyperlocal mode, connecting local merchants, consumers, and delivery drivers to fulfill service delivery in under 30 minutes to 1 hour.

CenterShops is committed to serving customers weekly and plans to connect additional services such as grocery and parcel pickup deliveries.
